JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught along with one country made pistol and two live cartridges but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing had been recovered from possession of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the police implicated the petitioner in this case. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 16.11.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
