JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 for the offence under section 379/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was remanded in this case on 24.4.2017.
In para-11 there is statement that the petitioner was put on TIP but the informant did not identify him as person who changed his ATM card at ATM.
In para-57 of the case diary, it has come that the petitioner was put on TIP but he was not identified by the informant.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27712 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
