Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.18/2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant (opposite party no.2). He along with his other family members assaulted the informant by wrapping the sari around her neck for the dowry demand. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29361 of 2017 (02) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 in nature. The doctor has not found any injury on the neck of the informant. He has found simple injury on the right eye of the informant caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner has been languishing in jail custody since 18.05.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-7th-cum-A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.18/2017.
