Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.08.2015 but according to prosecution case itself, it was deceased who brought the bomb in the house of the petitioner but accidentally the bomb got exploded as a result whereof, deceased sustained injury and died outside the house of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent of two cases but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4785 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015.
