JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.12.2007 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanada at Biharsharif whereby her selection as Aangabari Sevika has been cancelled and a direction was made for making fresh selection. Learned AC to GP 7 submits that the selection of the petitioner was cancelled as respondent No.8 had higher marks then her. He next submits that there was direction for fresh selection in the year 2008 itself.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by the said selection, may challenge the same before an appropriate forum. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is disposed of.
