JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 506, 457, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of knife, which caused injury to him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The injury report does not disclose the nature of injury. It cannot be ascertained whether the injury is
