JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the informant lodged the present case with exaggerated story and as a matter of fact, the informant dashed his truck with the Scorpio of the petitioners and thereafter, hot exchange of words took place between them but informant lodged this case with concocted story. It is further submitted by him that parties have already compromised this case.

No.4984 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 No doubt, the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code are not compoundable offences but taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S.
