NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special case No. 10/2017 ( Rupauli (Akbarpur) P. S. Case No. 23 of 2017) in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 498A, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.
The prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that the son of the petitioner, namely, Dilip Kumar Singh repeatedly

No.29358 of 2017 (3) dt.11-07-2017 2/3 tried to commit rape on his own minor daughter and the petitioner and his wife in order to cover up said black deeds of their son, began to assault the informant by giving electric shocks to her and her daughter regularly and whenever the informant tried to go to police station, the petitioner and his wife used to assault them. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is father-in-law of the informant and the allegation is upon the husband of the informant, Dilip Kumar Singh of torturing the informant and trying to molest her daughter. It has further been submitted that the matters have been compromised between the parties and the informant and daughter are living with full dignity in the house of the co-accused, Dilip Kumar Singh.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and materials on record , let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 10 of 2017 arising out of
