This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32655 of 2023 by which the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence in the address portion of the petitioner, Nawada has been typed whereas it should have been Nalanda and simultaneously same inadvertence has occurred in the prayer portion of the main bail application and, therefore, same has been recorded in the order dated 07.08.2023 and consequently, in the said order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57534 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 in place of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII -cum- Special Judge, POCSO has inadvertently been typed in place of Additional Sessions Judge-VII -cum- Special Judge, POCSO. Therefore, he submits that the order dated 07.08.2023 order may be modified to the aforesaid extent only. In view of the submission, the order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32655 of 2023 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Let 'Nawada' be read as 'Nalanda' wherever it has been mentioned in the order dated 07.08.2023 and Additional Sessions Judge-VIII -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Nawada which has inadvertently been typed in the order dated 07.08.2023 be read as Additional Sessions Judge-VII -cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Nalanda.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
