Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34, 394 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

The Addl. Sessions Judge I, Banka vide letter no.17 dated 4.3.2016 has reported that prosecution has already completed its evidence and the case is pending for recording the statement of the accused persons under section 313 of the Cr.P.C. Taking note of the present stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 109/2015 corresponding to Banka P.S. case no.581/2014 is, again, rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of Sessions trial no. 109/2015 within one month from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4798 of 2016 (3) dt.04-05-2016 receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not been disposed of as yet.
