Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 53/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/365/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/17 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and her age determined in the medical by which she has been found to be a major, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.65527 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge VI cum Special Sessions Judge, POCSO Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 53/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
