Petitioner seeks bail in Islampur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 207/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing fire shot injury upon the brother of the Informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to animosity. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation of firing upon the petitioner and in the injury report Doctor has found fire arm injury in the middle finger of the left hand of the brother of the Informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
