Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/504 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners no. 2 to 6 submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They are separate in mess and business and have no concern with the affairs of the informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners no. 2 to 6, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Mufassil Police Station Case No. 410 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
