The trial is at its fag end on account of being at the stage of argument.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that argument is going on.

Learned trial court is directed to hear the argument on day-to-day basis and deliver the judgment by 30th November 2016 positively.

So far propriety of instant petition is concerned, that has lost its vitality whereupon there happens to no justification to peep into earlier order having been passed rejecting the prayer of the petitioner. Petition is rejected.
