This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offence punishable under sections 143, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the I.P.C and section 3 (1) (x) SC/ST (P.O.A) Act. In the impugned order the learned Sessions Judge has opined that it is a fit case for regular bail and the petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In that circumstance, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail and in that case the petitioners shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Samastipur where the case is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29767 of 2014 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 pending in connection with Samastipur Mufassil P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014.
