The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,323,504,506,308,354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner Md. Saiyum caught hold of the informant and took her to maize field for ravishing her when protest was made, then informant and others were assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29529 of 2014 (6) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 that there is counter version of the occurrence also and there had been 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding between the parties. It is further submitted that during investigation the case was not found true under section 307 IPC.
The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
