ANSARI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-01-2015 The petitioner seeks a direction in the form of mandamus from this Court to the respondents to remove encroachments to an extent of 15 acres and 16 decimals of land in Mohalla- Rikabganj, Tekari, Gaya.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents in detail and perused the record.

The allegation is vague, general and abstract. The petitioner has not stated as to who encroached the

We find it difficult to entertain the petition which lacks information on such vital aspects. We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition.

It is, however, left open to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh in accordance with law. Interlocutory Application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
