Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he fired on the informant but firing of the petitioner did not hit the informant and it was co-accused Raja Ram Singh who opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.11.2015. Taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Nayagaon P.S. Case no. 63/1999.
