Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the accused persons in the present FIR have been granted anticipatory bail, as would be evident from Annexure-2 series to the anticipatory bail application.

The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, merely for the reason that from perusal of Para-3 of the anticipatory bail application, it manifests that he was implicated in Sasaram P.S. Case No. 518 of 2015 and Sasaram P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 but in both those cases the petitioner has not availed the remedy of anticipatory bail or regular bail, as such the petitioner is evading his arrest when it is in his knowledge that those cases are pending and the
