Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 95 of 2021.

As per allegation, when the uncle of the informant was coming from market the petitioners and other accused persons abused him. When the uncle of the informant came to the house, all the accused persons came there and started opening fire, but did not hit anybody.

The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1, Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 95 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
