The petitioners seek bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 135/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and others being members of unlawful assembly came to the Polling Booth, abused the polling officials and also damaged the control unit. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused Ram Babu Sah @ Ram Babu Kumar has been granted bail by the learned court below. The petitioners are in jail since 22.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27819 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 made against the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 135/2017.
