26-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that on 03-04-2018 at about 10 PM, he called the husband of informant on mobile phone and her husband went to meet him, but he did not return and still he is traceless.

In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
