1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 19 years and the informant alleges that on 14.05.2025 at 09:00 a.m. he was scolding his wife, when accused persons came variously armed and started abusing. On objection, petitioner assaulted the informant by a fighter causing injury on his head, thereafter, Ram Dular Bind assaulted the informant by lathi causing injuries on head. Further, elder son of Muner Bind and son of Ram Dular Bind assaulted the mother of the informant who came to save the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature as would manifest from the injury report annexed as Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application. It is next submitted that petitioner along with Ram Dular Bind are alleged to have assaulted the informant causing injury on head but then injury as submitted is simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged about 19 years with clean antecedent and if he is sent to judicial custody for causing simple injury in that event his entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with the hardened criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his mother, namely, Sugawanti Devi.
