Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of wrong question, the petitioner has been adversely affected. He further submits that the petitioner has scored 89 whereas the qualifying mark is 90. Referring to Annexure-2, he submits that the petitioner has suffered on account of error committed by the Board, as such the Court may grant indulgence in the matter. Considering the hardship, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Chairman of the Board by filing representation and if it is found that the petitioner has failed to qualify the TET examination only by one mark and one wrong question has led to that situation, the case of the petitioner may
