JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the public way i.e. Gairmajarua Aam land, appertaining to Khesra No. 3019 at village Majurwa, Anchal Sonbarsa, District Sitamarhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the notices dated 15.02.2019 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17177 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 19.06.2019 issued by the Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, Sitamarhi and has submitted that no final order has been passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Having regard to the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, District Sitamarhi to seek objection from the alleged encroaches within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and pass final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
