The present case has been registered on the basis of complaint petition which was filed by the informant levelling allegation against the petitioner that since 2007, petitioner used to sexually exploit her on false promise of marriage but subsequently, petitioner refused to marry with her.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after institution of the present case when the informant realized her fault, she filed a compromise petition.

Moreover, it would appear from perusal of the first information report that informant had been continuing her relation with the petitioner since 2007 but for the first time, she made complain in the year 2015 that is after eight years of the said relation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
