Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 registered under Sections- 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Price Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banking) Act, 1978. .
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that first information report has been lodged alleging that legality of the company is doubtful whereas the company in question is a registered one and written information in the regard was given to District Magistrate, Sitamarhi vide Annexure-2 series. The company in question is neither a Chit Fund Company nor it is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28299 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 working as a non-banking institution. Petitioner is an employee of the company in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
