Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.284 of 2017, G.R.No.6319/17, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 337, 338, 354, 379 and 504 of the I.P.C.
Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 30.09.2017 at about 5.30 P.M. when he was sitting near door accused persons variously armed came there, abused and assaulted the family members of the informant Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of any overt act and the allegation is of general and omnibus. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31245 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 granted anticipatory bail as contained in Annexurre-2 to this petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna, in Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.284 of 2017, G.R.No.6319/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
