2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.299 of 2022, registered for the offences u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum1st Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
