For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shyama Kant Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. Rajiv Kumar Singh, GP 2 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-04-2015 The writ application is dismissed for more than one reason. The first is that the entire procedure for appointment of such teachers had undergone a change in the year 2012 itself. The other aspect is that such claim is raised at a very belated hour. Appointment relates to the year 2008 and these petitioners have raised a grievance by approaching the Tribunal only in the year 2011. Whatever be the merits or otherwise of the decision so impugned contained in Annexure- 4, the facts stands that even though the Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.5344 of 2015 dt.22-04-2015 2/2 interferes with the said decision, these petitioners cannot be appointed on the post of a Panchayat Teacher in the changed circumstances with regard to qualification etc. in this regard. Writ is dismissed.
