The petitioner in this case is in custody since 02.12.2013, the present application renewing the prayer for regular bail has been filed with no new grounds.

Having perused the materials on record once again and considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, which is accordingly dismissed. The learned Ist Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Pocso Act), Bhagalpur, is directed to conclude the trial which is said to be pending at the stage of charge within a period of one year from today.
