320/2018-19 whereby the appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed and order of termination from the Post of Sevika of Centre No. 76, Bindtofi (West) dated 06.02.2019 passed by the D.P.O.,Katihar (Respondent No.

5) in Misc. Anganbari Appeal Case No.

69/2018 has been affirmed.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the D.P.O., Katihar (Respondent No.5) in Misc. Anganbari Appeal Case No. 69/2018 whereby the selection of the petitioner for the Post of Sevika of Anganbari Centre No.76, Bindtoli (West), south Muradpur Panchayat, Kursela, Katihar has been cancelled and C.D.P.O., Kursela was directed to consider the claim of Respondent No. 10 and if her claim is found true/genuine then issue selection/appointment letter in her favour."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
