In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that the petitioner intercepted the Informant, assaulted him and, thereafter, has taken away Rs. 5,000/- from his possession. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30281 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will pass orders on the merit of the case without being prejudiced by this order.
