JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2015 Now that judgment has been rendered in CWJC No.19114 of 2012 and the interim order passed therein which led to issuance of Annexure- D, dated 12.8.2014 by the General Administration Department, the situation has undergone a change. The respondent authorities are directed now to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Headmistress in the next meeting of the District Promotion Committee, which should be held within a reasonable time frame. If such a decision in any way affects the interest of the petitioner, which is not imaginary, then petitioner will have remedy available to her. No further direction is required whatever be the surrounding controversy under which petitioner
