JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Special Excise Case No.202 of 2017 arising out of Rupouli P.S. Case No.54 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 30A, 37(A), (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner is engaged in selling country made liquor and 9 ltr. Of country made liquor was recovered from her house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegation is not correct. Petitioner is a widow and she has no any such criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 26.3.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

No.22433 of 2017 (3) dt.13-06-2017 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Jaimala Devi @ Jaymala Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No.202 of 2017 arising out of Rupouli P.S.
