Petitioner Md. Mohsin and 17 others were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 394 of 2017 vide order dated 26.03.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 583 of 2018 at Annexure-1. However, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond within the time granted. Prayer is for extension of time.

Time is extended for further four weeks with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt thereof at the time of furnishing the bail bond.

Let this order be communicated to the court of learned Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 394 of 2017.
