The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 287, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that several machines were installed for crushing stones and illegal mining, which were being done by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The allegation is that illegal mining of stone chips was being done. The truck in question found by the side of the crusher does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact.
