JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the entire selection process of respondent No. 09, whereby and whereunder the Respondent authority has been selected the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.19395 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/3 No.09 namely Radha Kumari, Wife of Arjun Dixit for the post of Anganwari Sevika on 19.07.2019 at Anganwari Centre, Sawani Code No. 254, Ward No. 13. Block -Bakhtiyarpur, under District Patna, on 19.07.2019 on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to select the petitioner in place of Respondent No. 09 for the post of Anganwarı Sevika at Anganwari Centre Sawani, Code No. 254, ward No. 13. Block-Bakhtiyarpur under District of Patna, because the petitioner is fulfilling the all requisites for selection for the post of Anganwari Sevika at the above said Anganwarı Centre for the ends of justice."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
