ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner by way of revision.

2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having a remedy of filing a complaint/revision before the Divisional Commissioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner by way of complaint/revision within a period of four weeks from today.

3. On receipt of any complaint/revision by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14947 of 2022(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 petitioner, the Divisional Commissioner shall entertain the same and pass necessary orders on merit within a period of eight weeks thereof.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the party shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
