The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 114/2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 386, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assaulting the informant causing injuries to him and one of the coaccused also fired at him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that only general and omnibus allegation has been attributed to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30500 of 2018 (3) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 petitioners and no specific allegation has been levelled and other co-accused having similar allegation has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 07.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27242 of 2017, vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31824 of 2017 as well as vide order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15001 of 2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 114/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) sunil/- U T
