This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hathauri P.S. Case No.78 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner was found involved in planning to commit dacoity. One pistol with a cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner in custody since 17.04.2023.

He has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56235 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East), Court No.10, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023. 6.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Runnisaidpur Police Station, District- Sitamarhi on first Sunday of every month.
