In view of the averments made in the show cause as also supplementary show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. No case for initiation of contempt proceeding is made out.

In above view of the matter, both the MJC applications are dismissed.

However, if the petitioners are, at all, aggrieved by the order passed by the competent authority, then they shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum/court.
