The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two live cartridges are recovered from the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the petitioner. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
