The petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 80/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Naresh Rai was apprehended from whose possession 750 litres of 'Mahua' wine was recovered. Naresh Rai disclosed the name of the petitioner Vijay Rai who managed to flee away after seeing the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Naresh Rai has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for three

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 80/2015.
