At an initial stage, there happens to be omnibus allegation attracting against eight accused persons including these three petitioners to have assaulted the deceased Dashrath Yadav. During course of investigation, it is evident that same has been confined relating to these three petitioners, which is found in consonance with the finding recorded by the doctor during course of post mortem.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
