JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier vide order dated 2.1.2019 the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 4317 of 2018 on surrender within a period of six weeks. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that all petitioner except petitioner No.15 have surrender and got anticipatory bail as petitioner No.15 was at the relevant time posted in 88th Battalion at Delhi but on transfer he had given his joining as Radio Operator in Jammu and Kashmir and as such he could not surrender within the time specified. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the facts as stated above, further two weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner No.15 to surrender and other conditions shall remain intact. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
