JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that this Court had earlier refused prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 06.07.2017 in Cr.Misc. No. 23173 of 2017. The petitioner did not surrender thereafter, nor challenged the aforesaid order nor the police is inclined to arrest the petitioner. I do not find any reason to review the prayer. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Barauni (Refinery) Police Station Case No. 377 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial
