JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai to dispose off the pending application, filed by the petitioner, for grant of arms license. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai to dispose off the aforesaid application of the petitioner, if so filed and in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
