2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74946 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has killed the deceased by strangulating her.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024. He further submits that the trial is being delayed, and the charges have been framed.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the deceased and the petitioner were in a relationship and when the informant reached the house of petitioner, he found that the deceased was lying there in injured condition and thereafter, the petitioner and the informant took the deceased to a doctor's clinic where she died. Thereafter, in the presence of the informant and other relatives, the deceased was cremated.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 351 of 2024.
