21.08.2015 This is an application for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case filed by Opposite Party No. 2 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur to Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi. In the interest of the parties, Divorce Suit No. 18 of 2013 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur is transferred to Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The Court below is directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For this reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30213 of 2014 (3) dt.21-08-2015 along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.

The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
